The development of this game started with the video of the person answering the phone and this Articulate character with a headset. Because of the video background, I ended up reusing this interaction in a later eLearning Challenge (ELC 329).
The Sade song "Smooth Operator" became my theme song, and I developed a Smooth Operator Logo and a transparent Control Panel for the game.
I found a 60 second clock video online and downloaded as an Mp3 (sound only). Then I added music and sound effects to create the game atmosphere.
My own voice recording is the announcer for the game, but the hosts voice is text-to-speech.
